    Default I ate this , would you help me ?

    Today I was in my girlfriend house and I ate around the day 2 sandwich of turkey ham, an apple and a litter of milk, this was in the morning, after I ate around 15 baked corn tostadas with 5 Argentinian pastry of cheese, and lettuce, I ate this, my girlfriend ate 3 pastry of meat and cheese and 5 corn tostadas with a triple sandwich and 3 hot cakes with honey, and in the morning she ate chocolate cookies, around a pack of 20 cookies with milk and chocolate, we go to gym and exercise around 3 hours at day except in Saturday, would this be unhealthy ? I am 51.8 kg and 1.70 cm and she is 1.59 cm and 49 kg

    It depends on a few things:

    1. how is your glycogen storage? If your glycogen is low and you are over eating carbs, then the food will be used to refill your glycogen.

    2. how is your muscle storage? If your muscle triglyceride storage is low and you are eating a bit over fat, the fat will be stored as muscle triglyceride for later.

    3. how is your overall calorie for the day? If it is still under your calorie limit, then in the long run you won't gain anything.

    If you have full glycogen, full muscle triglyceride storage, and you are over your calorie intake, then you will gain body fat.

    51.8kg is extremely light for 170cm - under the healthy weight range.
    Right now your asking for Type 2 diabetes by eating all that processed sugar.
