It was meant to suppress up and coming young men from competing with them, this was back in the 70s and it has only gotten worse and more extreme with time. So what's the problem?

The problem is only for the 80% of men who are not considered to be the top at genetic quality, if you're a Chad and good looking you wouldn't have any problem with this because your supply of pussy will always be met.
