Very good post. Steppe and whatever foreign entity entered present day Pakistan or North India did not get there on a Ryan Air Flight. These waves were already Iranicised through BMAC interaction. Real descendants of Aryans in their purest form are Caucasoid Persian Tajiks and no one else.

As well nuristanis, Pamiris, Pashtuns imo. All the men I posted are one or more of these groups I mentioned.

Unfortunately they were seriously affected by Mongoloid invasions. Even the Yunusbayev average is 15% Mongoloid. Some can be as much as 20%, I believe (not counting people with recent Uzbek ancestry). Compare with users Mingle and Hussein Khan who are both 2-3% only (on GEDmatch).

No that's tajiks from tajikstan excluding pamiris, yaghnobis, wakhis and so on. They score very small amounts of East eurasian. Tajiks from afghanistan is a mess. True tajiks, from badakhson, takhar, kapisa, parwan, panjshir and surrounding areas score similar east eurasian to Pashtuns. Then there are "tajiks" from balkh, kabul and so on who score very high amounts of East eurasian, usually from cities and urban regions. These are the Afghans who probably look Latino and asian looking.

Is there any info on Y DNA distribution in the Pamir region? Are they as high in R1a as Pashtuns (40-50%)? I believe Afghanistan Tajiks are around 25-30% R1a.

Why? Because aryans came down the steppes and got iranicsed. Through waves they invaded the sub continent. Jatts retain more of their aryan ancestry according to autosomal methods. This is a vague explanation though, it's a bit more complicated.

it is shared ancestry of south central asians and northern south asians ,its not like one is more legit than other and also imo it is independent of language , religon since this region is very complex.

yeah but look at that region some jatts are scoring even more than pashtuns but less than pamiris , distribution is lot more complex.

That's on a individual basis, which again goes back to autosomal methods. Jatts are highly inbred between themselves which might explain the results? Also it depends what methods you are talking about, since alot of the G25 runs done on AG are by amatuers. I'm referring to davidskis work as well as papers published by academia

than you know better , also not every type of group has been tested yet , i am sure there are pashtuns who will score has high as some kho/chitrali in 20 range.
