I like how he explains the european race, and he as well explains ancient caucasians/europids in middle east, northafrica and the aryans who migrated to india. He as well explains gypsies and jews, who are since centuries in europe. He as well explains, mixed caucasians and caucasians in latin america.

He is not a racist, he is mixed himself. Neither over the top politically correct. And seems quiete unbiased.

I find it hard to believe that all three of those people were some sort of pure “race” unless they were inbred. Also all primitive humans used to hunt and gather for food

Europeans/Whites are a race within the sub-species of Caucasoids/West Eurasians. NW/NE/SW Europeans etc are sub-races within the greater European race. East Meds are mixed race between Europeans and West Asians.

Where you will draw the beginning of the East Med cluster ? Tuscany ?

N.Italians are clearly SW people. It would be a great stretch to include them in the East Med people.

It seems that Tuscany is a good "frontier" from which the East Med continuum begin.

i int think so because we have had different admixtures with different elements so sounds very primitive but we have the caucasian origin, however I think this theory talked about ancient europeans but actually is like a dog thinking is wolf

A European is someone who's a mixture of Steppe Indo-Europeans and Neolithic European Farmers around 5000 years ago, to varying degrees. That they may cluster together is the result, not the racial foundation.
