Amerindians would have low muscle formation and usually gain weight with age. Their diet is healthy, little red meat and they are lactose intolerant.
Europeans have more muscle which keeps them fit when young and a better metabolism and can eat more, but gets fatter with age.
SSA have more muscles (and curves in women due to hormones) and holds the shape better that European, but it tends to put on weight.
Chinese Asiatics are tall and thin, different from Amerindians.
