Does my father have distant African ancestry? How can I confirm?

I posted this same question on anthrogenica but the south asians there got strangely quiet and refused to help me out, maybe because they are bothered by the idea.

Basically right now I have .2% east African on 23andme(remains at high confidence), my father before the update had .4%(stayed at high confidence) and now he's down to .1% the rest has gone to Arab/Levantine(unlikely he has any).

On most gedmatch calculators he shows a very slight African affinity compared to other Indians but not enough for it to consistently appear on oracles. This is his G25:

Here is the thing Bakha it's not just about what you score on G25 but also how that affects the fit, if the fit distance goes up or stays the same it's likely not relevant. If it makes a large difference especially if it's a tiny amount then there's a much higher chance it is real. Let me demonstrate:
