    I don't care that the Dutch are genetically similar to the British in this aspect, because I didn't ask how they cluster to each other. They are still two different peoples, by language and genealogy at the very least. If you have Dutch ancestors, then you say that you had Dutch ancestors. That doesn't mean identifying as Dutch.

    I get that, but unless you know your ancestors well or have a Dutch last name there is no way of telling whether you had a Dutch ancestor. My point is it doesn't matter because the Dutch are blood brothers anyway.
