Finland has a high school system where about half of students go to a regular high school which prepares them to enter university ("lukio" or "gymnasium") and about half go to a vocational school. Sanna Marin has said that she was the first member of her family to graduate from a regular high school, which Dutton considered to be a sign that she is much smarter than her family members, which in turn Dutton considered to imply that she has some freakish genetic mutations. (Another piece of evidence Dutton gave in support of his hypothesis that Marin is a genetic freak was that she has attached earlobes (lol).) However in an interview from 2016, Marin actually said that she was one of the worst students on her class, and that her grade point average was so low that she barely even qualified to enter a regular high school.
