Yes tooting. Im honest, I live in latin america. And in the case of Argentina/Uruguay its too hard to see interracial between white and mestizos. Same in Mexico and Chile.
The most close thing are the couples between different shades between the mestizo and castizo espectrum in countries like Colombia and Paraguay.

Try Cuba and Brazil then. Anyway, since Latin American countries don't obsess about race in quite the same way as the US does, we don't have in-depth studies and statistics regarding mixed-race relationships in the different countries, so what you're saying is just subjective anecdote.
