What's the difference between these two points on K36 Map?

It is on my grandfathers K36 map, if he is Rusyn shouldn't he plot with the actual spot where Carpatho-Rusyns are? Not higher North Ukraine. Not to mention he scores 5-10 points less on all of the areas around it. Damn weird.

Balkans on eurogenes are shit, yugoslavs for example plot in eastern Balkans better than their own country.
