    Default What's the difference between these two points on K36 Map?

    It is on my grandfathers K36 map, if he is Rusyn shouldn't he plot with the actual spot where Carpatho-Rusyns are? Not higher North Ukraine. Not to mention he scores 5-10 points less on all of the areas around it. Damn weird.
