That is a patriachalic gender view. I dont agree with it. If men and women are equal it can also be the men who nurtures the kids or cooks and the women makes the money.

This is not a biological fact. This is a constructed gender identity. While men are only physically stronger biologically, there is no difference in mental state and intelligence. And nowadays many well paid jobs require emotional IQ and IQ not physical strength.

But men and women aren’t equal. They are built for different roles. I’m not saying you can’t make that workout somehow but it will be extremely difficult

Lets be real. Women can deal better with stress, women can be more intelligent, even more tough and physically strong then a male (but this is rare like that a woman can be taller and weight more then a man, it is rare though). The only real difference between males and females lies in physical body, males are stronger usually (but not always). Nowadays machines replaced physical strength.
