What countries do your ancestors come from? Also, which countries are included in your family lore/DNA, but you haven’t been able to prove with documents/evidence?

I feel that. I have a few, but I’ve only been able to prove Vanhook (original ancestor changed the surname from Van Hoek to Vanhook)
