It's all psychological. Many of these so-called "incels" likely haven't mustered enough courage to even be in a relationship with any woman. Self-doubt to despair to self-destruction.

This. They blame others, especially women, for not taking responsibilities for their own self improvement and etc since they expect women to love them and etc by nature or something.
