East Asians have higher IQs yet have been dominated by Whites historically, so that suggests that what contributes to dominance is really a resistance to fear and a passion for strength - both traits that are seen as 'psychopathic'.

Blacks might have them but their IQs are simply too low in general to compete man for man with Whites, and they are generally not as industrious.

Other peoples and countries lack the concentration of dominant individuals that Europe and NA have.

Not even that, you can look within the US, Asians score higher. But again it doesn't matter, they're not creative and without creativity you can't apply the intelligence.

Correct me if I'm wrong but Asian nations took over the lead in last decade or so. Therefore its safe to assume that education system in its current form is better suited for cultures of Asia. Second important factor I can think out of my mind is one or no children (in majority of cases) by most industrious Europeans (some of the most intelligent members of society). That's now visible in some European countries as their national IQ dropped.

The asians have a higher IQ, but the distribution of the IQ is very different than whites.

While in white peoples IQ distributes very wide, so there are many genious (more than 130 IQ) and also many stupids (less than 85 IQ), in the asians they have the IQ very uniformily distributed around mediocre numbers, nor good nor bad (around 100-110).

As the world is shaped and moved by genious, the whites are therefore more intelligent. This explains why asians lack capaccity of inventive or imagination, they know very well how to copy and develop something yet invented, but they are not creative.

And this is only talking about intelligence-IQ, they are phisically were weak and scarce attractive.

I don't think that this is supported by studies. If you talk about Lynn and Vahanen results, no they are useless.

They may have a little advantage (very slight) in brain agility and pure calculus however this is what machines do and in better times.

Creativity, imagination, intuition are all very important components of science.
