Some Magrebis can pass for Iberian. The overwhelming majority of Iberians can't pass in Magreb.

I agree with your sentiments as far as people from the Caucasus, Turks, and Levantines having a higher frequency of individuals passing in Europe but that doesn't necessarily mean that only a mere 1% of Magrebis can pass in Iberia specifically. Think about this- out of 100 individuals of any Magrebi ethnic group(Tunisian, Morrocan, Algerian), only 1 can pass in Iberia? Out of a random sampling of 100, yes, 100 individuals, only a single soul can pass in Iberia? I would say that may be true for Iberians passing in the Magreb, but that number is surely higher for Magrebis passing in Iberia.
