Is it just me or do Latinos resemble Middle Easterners, North Africans and South Asians a lot ?

Most Latinos don’t look Caucasoid enough to pass in MENA/South Asia. I’ve been to America numerous times and I found it easy to distinguish between Latinos and Arabs/Indians. Culturally they are on different planets.

A small portion might be able to pass but I know a Muslim kid when I see one. They are much bigger/taller than Latinos.

I'd say most Turkish people could pass as light mestizos. They often show Mongoloid traits in their phenotype, more so than Euro-mestizos imo.

Even fellow forumer Aileron (I think that was his name), who happened to be blonde haired, looked halfway between a Scandinavian and an Eastern Asian person.

yeah some turks shows mongoloid traits including me but we're not majority. most turks have fully caucasoid looking. (but they're not, most of us have mongoloid dna) (and turks who shows mongoloid traits are not mestizo level mongoloid looking. mestizos clearly different and they have much mongoloid features.)

This is one of the examples which breaks off the whole concept that "Since Latinos can have a specific Caucasoid x Mongoloid ratio, they can pass in Central Asia".

The answer for the question would be Turkey. However, they only pass better in Turkey, period. At all they would not pass (maybe some guys) in Turkey, not at Uzbekistan/Tajikistan (only one guy would pass IMO, on 3rd pic) neither Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan. And that would work for any other country in the region.

Castizos/Harnizos/Mestizos who pass in CA are exceptions, not a rule. Unless they have proper background, of course (which is brutally rare).
