If you see a post in red font made by my username, that means that it is Pompey's post, not mine.

Most of. I haven't read Judges and Numbers though (I should do it)

I have read all the Torah, all the prophetic books, Ecclesiastes, Psalms, Proverbs...

With the entirety of the New Testament as well.

The Bible can have 1500 pages so yeah it's quite an achievement, you have to do that very progressively, personally I read one chapter a day or even more.

    Very cool, man.

I think it likely that I will at least read a meaningful portion of it before I expire.

But I doubt that I will ever read it in it's entirety.

My hat's formally off to you.

Even if you aren't a christian the Bible inspired lot of books, paintings, architecture, politics... It's one of the founding books of the Occident civilization with also Homer (Illiad and Odyssey).

You can't understand really Catholic Chutch without that knowledge neither the protestant Reform.
