With the entirety of the New Testament as well.

Even if you aren't a christian the Bible inspired lot of books, paintings, architecture, politics... It's one of the founding books of the Occident civilization with also Homer (Illiad and Odyssey).
You can't understand really Catholic Chutch without that knowledge neither the protestant Reform.
