He does have an unusually hooked nose, but if he is Dinaro-Alpinid, then the average Swede is Dinaro-Alpinid. His phenotype is very typical for Sweden.

Yea his nose is due to age, it grew and started drooping which creates the "hook" when the bone start to show.
