In fact when I listen to Mongolian music my brain keeps telling me I should understand it but no matter how long I listen nothing happens while with harder to understand turkic laguages I start to pick up more and more. Still it warms my heart.

Istanbulian is just an accent like anatolian. And when it's over the top it even gets annoying. To me at least.

Turkey is bigger than Istanbul you know, for me there are more pleasant accents to the ear. To dismiss them as peasant speech is disrespectful.
