would you say that the Ancestral North Africans were the Aterians? Interesting considering that Iberomasurains shared all the genes for straight hair in N. European populations. ANA probably had straight hair and eyefold to combat the Ice age climate and glaciers.

I don't want to drew conclusions but yes it's clearly a very old trait that's why it's mainly found among very isolated berber tribes

I saw threads with prcatically Mongoloid Berbers images. This is mystery for me. It can't be blamed to Turkish rule. They were already nearly Caucasoid in this time and they were only in Algeria not Morocco.
