What percentage of native Europeans actually have truly white skin?

I'd say it ranges from circa 99% in Scandinavia and the Baltic states to circa 75% in far Southern Europe.

In Spain and portugal is under 40%

Proper white skin doesn't ''tan'' and is mostly realeted with red hair and skin type I,also skin type II is ''white'' but has some ability to tan, i think only British isles (93% I-II skin type), Scandinavia and baltics have a prevalence of white skin.
Most of central,southern and eastern europeans are skin type III-IV wich is moderatly fair skin with a tendency to tan,southern europeans having more skin type IV though.
Skin type III isn't ''olive'' it still classified as fair skin.

40% .. maybe those Celts who mixed with Germanics in Western Europe. White Color is reserved mostly for Germanic people.

Balkan, Anatolia, Italia, Spain .. med yellowish skin mostly (except again where there is a strong ancestral presence of Goths)

When unexposed to the sun, the majority are not as dark as the stereotype.

They tan to a dark color though.

I mean, but I am just as pale as any white person when looking at my unexposed parts of my body(not the arms and head). If that is the case, then over 50 percent of Northern MENA are white.

Northern Europe, including the baltics and the Uk is mostly I-II, Central eu is I-II-III, and southern is II-III-IV .. Nigga what is wrong with some of you saying about 80% is white skinned , White is type I , those pale ones only exist in Nortwest and among some baltics.

Skin colour doesn't really matter, what makes a European is progressive features. People from Dagestan have light skin yet don't look European.
