One Spainard sacked it's time for the new one

After disappointing season and a half of Spainard Unai Emery, another Spainard, Mikel Arteta is taking over Arsenal. Emery's lack of English language knowledge and wierd tactics made Arsenal even more average, wondering how can a manager who doesn't know to say evening in English take over one of biggest clubs in the world residing in England. Anyways Mikel Arteta is taking over with basically no leading manager experience, tho he had pretty good football career, worked under Wenger and aswell worked as Guardiolas assistant what could give him great insights.

What do you think will Arteta bring Arsenal back to top four and to CL?
