    No offence but Croats are irrelevant when it comes to UK, their numbers there are extremely small. Our disapora lives in German-speaking countries, Ireland and the New World. Not in England.

    Probably cause i don't think i have ever met anyone from Croatia here, not even introduced briefly I don't understand why there would be more in Ireland than the UK. Hmm...

    It's very recent, unlike emigration to German-speaking lands and Americas, Australia. People went to Ireland because UK had restriction and was much harder to emigrate too. Ireland being Catholic played a part too.
    Those in Ireland are recent immigrants from 2010s. They don't have particular status. But our old diaspora in let's say Bavaria, southern California or Tierra del Fuego really has excellent status and quality of life.
