Chileans on this study are more Northern shifted than Paraguayans which could explain the Northern Spanish DNA.

Chileans in general present more data (sample) in this study so this could also explain a seemingly more dispersed graph. Although I would like to see where the average lies. Talking about about spanish heritage between these two countries, it should not have severe differences, as much of southern cone went through a coloniszation with an ealy fase of extremadurans and andalusians, and a latter from by castilians; basques; and navarreses.
