She would be the first North African with no GEDmatch SSA if it was true hahaha. A ''little Northeast African'' is a result common for Southern Europeans, not for North Africans.

If she's fully North African it would be almost impossible to NOT get any SSA on a GEDmatch calculator, I've never seen it before....

The 'SSA' in North African is Taforalt related, which can be modelled as 55% West Eurasian Dzuzuana like (basically a pre-farmer Anatolian hunter gatherer) and 45% Ancestral North Africans. The reason why old Genetic calculators gave off ludicrous SSA figures in even coastal Berbers is due to Taforalt admixture into Yoruba (13%), and that was the situation before the full publications of Mesolithic NA DNA. Berbers with no recent admixture have only 12-5% actual SSA and are more than 80% West Eurasian. By contrast, Indic Pakistanis (punjabis, Sindhs etc) have much higher ASI and that is more recent than the ANA in Iberomaurusian

North Africans, most Pakistanis are on the 25% Australoid range and North Africans have 20% SSA, but a good portion of this SSA is Taforalt, a pre-black African admixture shared with SSAs that was read as SSA by GEDmatch calculators. The least SSA admixed North Africans actually have around 6%-13% Negroid admixture, not much different from Finns and Russians regarding Mongoloids.

North Africans are generally Caucasoids, Pakistanis and North Indians are borderline Caucasoids imo. 25% is too much to be considered just ''Caucasoid'' even if it's a pseudo-scientific term applied more to somatic features than to DNA.

Taforalt is more than half Anatolian Hunter Gatherer like, and I believe the Yoruba (purest west africans) have 13% Taforalt. It is why they don't use Yoruba as an out group (like they way they use Mbuti) in D stats or qpadm anymore

Pakistanis have more Aboriginal/Oceanic features and DNA. North Africans are mainly from 2 Caucasoid lineages Arab and Berber (using that term broadly)
