Default What percentage of native Sub Saharan Africans actually have truly black skin?

A corollary to my other thread asking what percentage of native Europeans have truly white skin. By truly black skin I suppose I mean something like this:

But anyway, the point is that, just as quite a few Europeans don't really have white skin as such, so quite a few SSAs don't really have black skin as such.

Those are not Africans. They are Andamese Islanders. They are the world’s darkest-skinned people. They live in Southern India. “Super black “ skin is not only confined to Africa. Yes, the blue-black skin is excessively dark, but not limited to Africa.

But its so fascinating right? They look carbon copies of sub saharan Africans and yet are nothing like them as well as living thousand of miles apart. Is it because they are arr a isolated archaic group which originally came out of Africa?
