The term "hooded eyes" is ambiguous, because it can also refer to eyes that have a middle upper eyelid fold like this:



Anyway, I think even people with a middle upper eyelid fold look more attractive on average than people without it.

Hooded eyes look good, they only look Asian if it's not the bone that's causing it but fat or a lack of bone.

Good bone support is what makes attractive eyes.

Hooded eyes for the win! They look very catlike and alert and youthful while upper eyelid exposure(can still have pretty eyes) makes eyes seem bit more dull. Hooded eyes usually come with good under eye area support and positive cantal tilt. But semi hooded is generally the most aesthetic

Both are fine, but the extremes are less attractive like the last non-hooded example in your post (because of her very deep eye sockets) and something like this on the opposite side.
