There are a couple of Greek populations that settled in Ukraine from different sources.
1. Ancient Greek/Roman settlers
2. Greek merchants
3. Displaced Pontics from Caucasus/Anatolia
4. Civil war refugees from Greece proper

The fact is no part of Cremea was Greek for many centuries, yet you assume Crimea could be Greek. Write something about Kaliningrad instead
