Depends, Bosnia has not yet made itself useful to Turkey.

From an objective persective, Kosovo is greatest political ally of Turkey. Huge amount of Turkish army is present in there. In terms of culture there are more Turkish cultural influence in Kosovo compared to Bosnia in general. Followed by Bosnia and Albania. Sounds weird but besides having good relations with North Macedonia(as long as VMRO not in government) and Bulgaria, Serbia and Turkey relations are also definitely not negative.

But an Albanian will have stronger ethnic identification compared to a Bosniak. Bosniaks may identify themselves as Türk and will not trouble with it. Another interesting part of the story is a life of an average Muslim in Bosnia is resembles to Ottoman times. Same case in Western Thrace, too. You can't see that in Turkey.

Balkan Muslims are the natural allies of Turkey and Turkey likes to think of itself as their protector

Turkey is only country in the world where Bosniaks must to change surnames in Turkish if they live in Turkey. Everywhere else they can live with their real surnames.

Bosniaks are muslims from all around Balkans (Macedonia, Serbia etc..) and we identified as "Muslims" or "Ottomans". My great grand father was either muslim or ottoman and he regarded Istanbul as his capital city.

Those things are forgotten in post-ottoman times. Rise of Turkish Nationalism, Albanian Nationalism etc... caused that we all observe each other like we never had any interaction at all.

Young Turks know little about Bosniaks and opposite. We meet each other like we never knew each other.

Poor Bosniaks they bealive Turks are their brothers and protectors. Turks support Albanians, Chechens and Azeris much more than Bosniaks.
Bosniaks who move in Turkey are perfect meat for turkization. Except they must took Turkish surname and became Turks even talking about their origin is banned in Turkey.

Austro-Hungary broke spiritual connection of Bosnian Muslims and Istanbul, when they invented Bosnian Reis-ul-ulema. Turkish nationalism based on turanism also had contribution bacause Turkish and Bosniak relations became colder.

Yes, large part of you are settlers from many regions outside of Bosnia when Ottomans were remove from that regions: Serbia, Dalmatia, Lika, Slavonia, Hungary, Vojvodina, Montenegro etc.

Anyone who moves in Turkey is expected to be turkified. Nobody has to change his surname. Talking about your origin is not banned in Turkey (lol).

Balkan muslims are Turkified in every sense except language. Names, Religion, certain traditions.

When I was in Istanbul in 2006 I felt like I am in Sarajevo except I could not understand Turkish language.

Now that's a good starting point for you.

When are you beginning your Turkish studies? Once you finish, you can start learning Ottoman Turkish so you can read Ottoman manuscripts and really immerse yourself in this historical bag of shit you really love.
Being Greek is an experienced grounded into nation, not consumption.
