Is Mortimer welcomed in Serbia? What do the serbs here think?

Im usually only guest in Serbia. You are always friendly to guests. I dont even have the serbian citizenship, but this summer this years I was doing some legalisations in serbia for my house, and I said "I cannot fill this form out because I do not have a Serbian Licna Karta/ID" and they looked into data and said they have me registered and I still have one eventhough I had to renounce my serbian citizenship, but they still had me in the computer and so I filled that out. I dont know whether if I had problems in Austria I could remove to Serbia and regain the citizenship and ID again. And whether I would be welcomed, also because of my roma ancestry and because if I lived there if some skinheads would knock on my door to beat me up and such. Or nothing would happen?

Well since you are one wealthfare for some time now, you should already live in Serbia, with that money you get from the Austrian goverment you can live like a king in any Balkan country.
