Default Which dressing style is considered Hick/Rural/Provincial in your country?

Which type of clothes rural people in your area use in daily basis/ and in special ocations, that are somehow look down, mock or consider improper to wear when visiting a large city?.

I mean the traditional clothing ,working garment, or just local "hill billy fashion" that is asociate with rural areas in your place.

These are utilitarian daily clothes in rural Argentina:

Espadrilles or espardenyes are casual, flat, but sometimes high-heeled shoes. They usually have a canvas or cotton fabric upper and a flexible sole made of esparto rope. The esparto rope sole is the defining characteristic of an espadrille; the uppers vary widely in style.

rural people use regular clothes but on special occasions they do dress in traditional clothes. traditional customs here are very much appreciated and by no means they're looked down to..
