The EQ figures shown in the right column were based on a test taken by students who had been accepted to a tertiary education institution:

Data for cognitive ability in 79 provinces and regions of the Russian Federation have been reported by Griogriev et al. (2016). The ability measure in this study consisted of the scores obtained by young people in the Unified State Examination (USE), a scholastic achievement test administered nation-wide. The scores were those of students who had been accepted by state universities and institutions for tertiary education in the year 2014.

The IQ data from this study was based on an online test which assesses eligibility for voluntary military service (not conscription). Therefore the participants of the IQ test were self-selected, and they are not necessarily representative of the overall Russian population. The IQ scores in this study were normed against the average score of the people who took the military test. Therefore they are not comparable to Lynn's national IQ scores, which use UK norms.

There are other types of intelligence other than having the ability to decipher statistical anomalies (logical mathematical).

Emotional Intelligence (Interpersonal)
Naturalist
Musical
Coordinating mind with body
Spatial (pilots, sailors, artists)

Thats why these IQ tests are so blasé only due to the facts a child may not have the greatest mathematical mind but has an upper percentile in coordinating mind with body or being a great sailor.

The musical intelligence (the ability to produce musical rythms) also exist, but it can´t produce a prosperous society (basically, it doesn´t provide you and your people a better life)

You can lie yourself whatever you want with the musical, emotional or other secondary things, but what really minds is the mathematical-rational intelligence, that also can produce another kind of different music better addapted to their brains and tastes (or you can have a prosperous society that can let you buy whatever music you like). Because the paradoxically the people with musical intelligence has barely invented any musical instrument, any partiture or any music storage system, but the ones with rational-mathematical intelligence, the same that the societies with emotional intelligence hasn´t invented the scientifical disciplines of psychology or sociology, but the mathematical-rational ones.

I´m referring to the middle term societies. Obviously the people with more spatial, musical or whatever other intelligence develops their intelligence INSIDE a majority rational-mathematical society.

But I perceive this answerings kind of "there are other types of intelligence..." as a balls off, a way of evading to confirm the obvious, there are persons and entire nations-races dumber and less capable than others.
