These Russians look typically Baltid, Nordid mix .. very interesting since Rostov is quite South in Russia.

Do Ukrainians look like this as well?

Russsia is still Russia, you can find natives with Northern phenotypes in South and swartoids in the North, in general difference is exaregated.
