Actually Muslims were very racist towards blacks but human nature being what it is, there evidently has been a certain amount of mixture like in some colonized islands where whites mixed with blacks. Also you have to understand that for example among berbers some of them mate with their female slaves but their children weren't discriminated surprisingly (they weren't considered as slaves like their mother) Idk if it was the same case in the Middle east

This is the situation of minorities in europe in a certain context where standards of beauty are mainly made by europeans. I think in a world controlled by blacks they would have had their own standards of beauty and probably would be disgust by white women who knows
