Probably coastal since the sierran accent is very andean influenced.
And I don't remember how charapas speak right now....
But what can I say is that limeño accent is considered one of the most neutral accent in LATAM together with mexican from Jalisco and colombian from Bogotá.

    Oh my God!!
    I answered the opposite.
I think that it should be Castilla, all parts of the region.
But I imagine in colonial Perú recived mostly castellanos, extremeños and andaluces probably.
The interesting is that limeños speak very clear.
For that reason I speculate castilians should influenced more.

It seems like most colonizers in the Americas were from interior Spain and it should make sense because historically speaking that was the heart of España. No wonder why so many of the oldest city are located there (Toledo, Segovia, etc.).

I imagine Andaluces played a role in the colonization because most ports were located there and it was easier for the adventurers to just get on the boats. Methinks.

there was a Peruvian that I thought was from Argentina, sometimes Argentines sound like Peruvians, although not exactly the same but they have similar tones
the only difference is the SH

might be some indigenous influence in both the accents that causes you guys to sound similar, i dont know
its like a crying type of accent, like crying/whiny (i find it very annoying and ive notice a lot of south americans sound the same including the indigenous populations)

Modern-day Latin American accents are closer to each other than they are to any of the Peninsular Spanish variations.

I'm not sure. Peruvians from Lima tend to neglect their eses quite often. This is not a septentrional trait.
