I'm not Ladino so I can't really speak for them but they seem to be very proud of their western/Hispanic heritage. But they also take pride in the ancient Mayan culture of Guatemala and the food which is very Indigenous.
I believe they are proud of Mestizaje. Mestizaje though, by default is more Hispanic than Indigenous, so yeah I would say they are more proud of their Hispanic heritage. That would be the case for anyone who takes pride in Mestizaje imho.

Probably Mexico City, because it's so unbearable and has the highest population, so emigration relieves those pressures. Not that Mexico City is unique in and of itself, but a hodgepodge of all Mexicans. That's why Mexican migrants look so random, yet somehow, all the same.
