Yes, as far as i know (texts and pics from anthro sites), GMs have lower cephalic index than Atlantos and more thin skull.
Atlantos might have thiner faces too but they also have wider jaws unlike the OP, and as i said before, they are supposed to have more robust features.
I don't think so, checking the plates of both i find the OP closer to Gracile-Meds, for the motives i cited previously.

There pics of text-book Atlanto and Gracile Meds and their plates. A lot of examples are wrong but there're good examples there too.

Agree that his face don't look very atlanto but his cranial vault does, imo.
I remember that Coon said that it is even normal for atlanto-meds to exceed neanderthals in head lenght and it is common for them to have head lenght above 200 mm.
Don't think the same is true for gracile-meds.

There is no such a thing like "Italian nose". There is the AQUILINE nose and is not an Italian exclusivity.
