I have Olmec blood, I am 100% proud of my Olmec roots and what we have done in the Americas, we were a true civilization that influenced everyone or maybe they copied, who knows!

Mexican BC civilization was very wise, yes. But most of their knowledge was reserved to some places of Mesoamerica unlike Greece which knowledge had influence in all the Mediterranean and also in influenced the Roman Empire that influenced latter european empires and this last ones influenced the whole world. The Greece of the Americas was Spain, always. Also, Spain established the set up of the globalization of America and the latter western influence(Brittish and American empire) in a politic, knowledge and economic way as Greece did in the Ancient World.

Britain also should be considered as the Greece of the Americas because they brought industrial revolution, libertarian ideas and all that stuff that shape the post-colonial history nowadays. Most countries of the continent had strong trade relations with Britain as Greece had with the mediterranean or so.

While the amerindians from U.S were very dumb only hunting buffalo nothing else also mean while your northern european ancestors were living in caves.
the Aztecs where defeated and conquered around 500 years ago right? Well if you took an army of Greeks from 3,000 years ago (6 times farther in the past) and had them face an equally sized army of Aztec soldiers (even if they were instructed to kill and not just capture) then the Greeks would win, probably even if there were lets say 300 Greeks and 1000 Aztecs I bet the Greeks would win.
Not to say the Aztecs weren't impressive and powerful, their blades were sharper then any Greeks, and their empire larger then any Greek state till Alexander, but I'm just saying its not even a fair match intellectually or otherwise.

But Spaniards not even with them inviting the Italians, Greeks, French and some Germans to come help them were they able to defeat the Aztecs, the reason why they were defeated was because Spaniards allied with the best warriors of that era to help them conquer the Aztec empire. The Aztecs were not even close to being the best warriors in these lands, but they were great rulers and were highly advance, but when it came down to fighting? No, the tlaxcalans were actually considered one of the best along with the Purepecha. The tlaxcalans were even used to conquer Central America and they ended up being part of the privilege class of Central America. Many were also send to Southwest USA to conquer Amerindians and submit them to the Spaniards and the Catholic church. And some headed to the Caribbean as well and were treated as a privilege class and with the same respect as any other Spaniard.

Aztecs were just intimidating because of their sacrifices and their cannibalism

So I don't think Greeks would have defeated the Aztecs, what helped Europeans a lot was that they brought with themselves advance weapons (Something the Ancient Greeks wouldn't have had access too) such as guns. A gun vs a sword in a fight, of course someone with a gun will win. The Spaniards had that on their advantage, but them being warriors and these superior conquistadores? Hell no, they wouldn't have been able to conquer anything if it weren't for their allies and their advanced weapons that they used.
