As most of you know Jewish people in the middle-ages were involved in money lending. But how did they make sure the person they borrowed to paid them back? I'd imagine a lot of people just didn't want to pay back.

This is a pretty good question, since jews are not known to be thugs or those thugs you make you pay back the money.
It's probably because they made the money lending legal and always through some kind of document agreement, which made them later use the police to regain the money, but who knows, that's only my thought.

They really were involved in money lending, its no conspiracy theory. That gave way to them later on become excellent bankers and financiers. Of course jealous Germans envious of their success made up stories of them drinking infants bloods, poisoning the wells. That was just Germans way of coping with shit conditions - they got bitchy and irritable.
