Default 10 small towns that have been put up for sale.

Top 10 small towns that have been put up for sale. Are you tired of following rules and dancing for the man? Want to make your own rules? Well, if you said yes to all those This list is for you. There are towns in the United States that are for sale. I’m not kidding. You can buy a town. Some are abandoned some are not. It does sound weird that a town might be for sale, I get it. But, people have actually bought towns when they went up for sale. The actress Kim Basinger bought a small town in Georgia not to far from Atlanta in 1989. In 2018 the small town of Tiller, Oregon was sold for under 4 million dollars. So, this does happen. There are real estate agents that have listed these towns for sale. All you Anyway, those two may be off the market but there are plenty still for sale. Let’s start with….. Thanks for checking out the channel. I hope you enjoyed today's video. If there is a state, city or town you'd like us to do a video about let us know in the comment section. If you enjoy these videos I would love to hear about it. These videos are made to help people who are thinking about relocating, looking for real estate, or just wanting to learn about the United States. I most of the time focus on the negative side of locations. If you want some happy positive information about a city, town or state, I would suggest looking up local mortgage and real estate companies or maybe the locations website. They are trying to sell you something so it will be nothing but sunshine and rainbows. They won't tell you about crime, poverty, bail bondsmen, or insurance you'll need because of natural disasters. I will. And I will try and make it entertaining.

Wake up and smell the coffee.

If I had a town, I would name it "Moodytown" and the people as "Moodynites".
