Tonight is a New Year for those who are not following Papal calendar of Frankish Pope Ugo Boncompagni.

1st. January in couple of hours, several cities in Serbia and Bosnia will celebrate.

While I am alive, I will never accept Ugo's Calendar, even if I remain the only person on Earth.

No. It's according the calendar of Julius Caesar and it was an official Calendar of Roman Empire and Orthodox & Ottoman Balkan people up to 1919 A.D.

We refuse to use Papal Catholic Calendar.

We consider it as an evil ploy, something evil is behind it. We don't know yet what.

Why does the year end with december when december originally was the tenth month of the year and not the 12th month?

I don't know.

I remember that New Year in Early Madieval and Classical times was 1st. September not 1st. January. So neither December was the last month as you say.
