We should work if we can and as much as we can. Because in 6 days the world was created, and on 1 day there was a day of relaxement. If we can and according to our abilities we should find a task, a job. I myself dont work and receive government welfare. But I would like to find a new passion, a new life,a new task, a change.

Its not the reason why they allowed immigration. Immigration occurred because they lack work force, as their aging population doesn't have the children to replace the need of the economy. In this process that's the only thing they could do and those that can't get the job can't be left to die. So they understood there is at very least some moral obligation to help those incapable.
