The FAO Food price index soared 3% from October to November and the worst is yet to come. What does history tell us about rising food prices and the threshold of civil unrest. We aren't far off. Steps to take. If you have a storage shed. 1) BUY METAL BARREL w/ locking top seal. 2) use EMPTY 2 liter COLA BOTTLES. 3) fill EMPTY 2 liter BOTTLES WITH SUGAR and fill with sugar and place in barrels. FINALLY do the same with SALT. When banks FAIL: SALT will be more valuable than GOLD.

I paid a $1.99 for a loaf of whole grain wheat bread the other day and another $2.95 for a gallon of 2% milk. Usually keep 2 gallons in the fridge at most times.
