Any criticism welcome.
There are two populations I used which are quite interesting: Spanish_Asturias and Iranian_Mazandarani
Whenever I use these populations, I always score them.
In this model:
- When taking out Spanish Asturias, I lose all Iberian, Italian increases (to ~43%) and I score Celtic (~7%)(?)
- When I take out Iranian Mazandarani, I lose all Persian/Iranian, my Mesopotamian shoots up (to ~19%) and Levantine slightly drops (to ~23%)
Any explanations/theories/thoughts welcome.
Is it worth making a model with ancient populations combined with modern populations, or does that create problems?
