Yes. I noticed it when comparing the emotional and hot head Meds to the Saami, N. Germanics, East Slavs, Finns etc. I noticed in Mexico that more Spaniard mixed Mexicans (aka more EEF) are more extrovert than the Native Mexican populations (who have high ANE + ENA ancestry)
