Yes there are a few million med englishmen but that in partly is because the UK has a population of near 70 million and has seen huge amounts of immigration since ww2, from southern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South Asia etc so there are a lot of people with mixed parentage you might assume as darker Brits.
