The stupidity of the "Mediterranean" label for phenotypes.

Pensé que había puesto Clovis, no lo repaso. Los chachapoyas eran celtas de Galicia y fenicios de Mallorca. Hay un documental inglés que habla de todo esto y cómo incluso hoy se pueden ver pelirrojos por allí o gente parcialmente blanca, y los análisis de ADN muestran una mayoría de R1b. De hecho, yo descubrí sobre los Chachapoyas sobre este documental inglés. Y si nos ponemos así de utilizar el hecho de la configuración actual de los países para no atribuir a sus gentes determinados hechos históricos, entonces el imperio romano tampoco tiene nada que ver con Italia o cualquier evento hecho antes de la formación de cualquier país del mundo no es atribuible a ese país. Es una forma de hablar como comprenderás. Es como decir que Pelayo o las iglesias románicas no tienen nada que ver con España porque España no estaba constituida en su forma política actual. Absurdo totalmente.

Como digo hay un documental inglés sobre los Chachapoyas y ahí dicen claramente que la vinculación de esa cultura es con los celtas de Galicia y con los fenicios de Mallorca. Y parece ser que al llegar al Amazonas las tribus les hostigaban y no les dejaban vivir y por eso se fueron hasta el "fin del mundo" y en lo alto de unas montañas impracticables construyeron su urbe particular. Este tema es muy poco conocido en el mundo, de hecho yo me enteré por este documental inglés (no recuerdo el nombre) y está claro que tras las pruebas genéticas los chachapoyas actuales descienden de "españoles". Y había otras similitudes como la cerámica.

Personally I think that North Africans i see (I guess mainly from Marocco) are Metrically much more Mediterranean looking than the average North Italian. Obviously most Moroccans have an African influence while Italians an European one.
They have very long, and very narrow vaults = marked dolicocephaly..
Narrow faced with very fine features. Most Italians compared have larger and thicker skulls denoting a stronger proto-european and Alpine/Dinaric element .

That's a load of crap from personal experience. If anything, it is Moroccans that have uglier heads and more irregular features. Most North Africans I have seen have noses that protrude outwards and very large ears that look very un-European.

They are more Mediterranean looking than the group you mentioned by the color of their features alone. But "finer"? Nah, pure Europeans are more likely to have soft and fine traits.

Mediterranean as a culture is predominantly European. Most Arabs are Semitic and it's only on the coast where the Mediterranean has SOME influence. This doesn't make them related. Arabian culture in its origin (Arabian Gulf) is 100% unrelated to any Mediterranean-ness.

Not, Mediterranean is the synonym of your country rather. It is no one’s fault that Spain is one of Europe’s swarthiest nations when it comes to their ethnic populations. It is just geography, look at Spain’s location, this is not rocket science. Don’t blame it on the ancient Iberians, the Carthagians, the Romans, the Moors and Arabs.
