Yes according to the propaganda... and the reality is very different You can find every form of degeneration in East Europe too. For example i was born and live in Budapest (not western city), but i know München very well (which is western) and i can say Budapest is 1000 times more degenerated than München and more similar to Berlin which is a real Sodom and Gomorrah

It seems like the usual excuses, you can't "adapt" negatively if you don't also possess those qualities, why do other minorities like indians or chinese not adapt like that? they adapt in a positive way working hard becoming educated and reaching #1 wealthiest in the US.
The west isn't degenerate at all, it's what you make of it, you have the freedom to live however you want.
