When i was quitting i went to dacha and was doing a lot of manual labour - chopping wood, hauling water, working in garden, it generally distracted me and there was much less stress around, in fact there was none, i also swam, and rode a bike, hiked around woods and similar. I attemted to quit in city couple times, but there always was something causing me to start again.
